Thomaston (WTNH) -- Restitution from a convicted scam artist saved a Thomaston business from bankruptcy, but now that business could be in jeopardy again because in a surprising turn of events the business owner has to pay the man who stole from him. The last time News Channel 8 saw Mark Koch he was in handcuffs at Bantam Superior Court after being extradited back to Connecticut.
