Hepatitis is considered to be a very serious disease that is quite hard to define and cure as it damages liver. Acute hepatitis is the condition which does not heal over for up to six months. When the illness lasts longer than six months, it is considered to be chronic hepatitis. Hepatitis can have viral and non viral nature. The basic origin of illness is definite virus that attacks the liver. Non viral hepatitis is produced by poison matters, basically by alcohol.
