With all the regulatory mandated on-going educational requirements to get certified in an industry and maintain your professional license one has to wonder if it is really working. On one hand you are forced to take a test and time out of your busy day to comply and cram study for test. Yet, on the other hand you are focusing on a test rather than serving your customer and participating in the industry and giving it your best efforts.
