Post Nasal Drip Triggers

Our body continually produces mucous to trap tiny particles such as dust, etc and to stop them from filtering into our breathing system that is why they mucous are thick and sticky. Though mucous is usually swallowed, it sometimes causes a sensation of dripping from the back of the nose called Post nasal drip (PND). The most common causes of post nasal drip are the inhaled irritants, dairy products, food allergies and illnesses.
