Since Jan. 1, 2006 Colorado homeowners have had new rights and responsibilities concerning disclosure of HOA information under Senate Bill 100, the Homeowners Property Rights bill. Homeowner Associations will be required to provide Association information to property owners on an annual basis, and further, home sellers will be responsible to disclose HOA information to potential buyers.
