Dermatologists recommend that the sunscreen you use should contain at least 5 percent Zinc Oxide. Though many other sunscreens advertise their use of zinc oxide as well, the Blue Lizard formula has anywhere from 6 to 10 percent. Others only contain 1 to 2 percent, if any at all.
